Measures to support accessibility
Finswiss Labs takes the following measures to ensure the accessibility of this website:
- Accessibility is considered during design and code review.
- Pages are built with semantic HTML and a documented heading structure.
- All interactive controls are operable with the keyboard alone.
- Ambient animations honour the user's
prefers-reduced-motionsetting, consistent with WCAG 2.3.3. - Text is set in scalable units and respects browser zoom, consistent with WCAG 1.4.4.
- Colour pairings in the design system are selected against the WCAG 1.4.3 contrast minimum for normal text.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. The Finswiss Labs website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
This website is designed to be compatible with the following:
- The latest two major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile.
- Standards-compliant assistive technologies that interpret semantic HTML and ARIA attributes.
This website has not been formally tested against specific screen-reader and assistive-technology combinations such as NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver.

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used. Interactive features including the contact modal and engagement modal require JavaScript; with JavaScript disabled the page content remains readable but those interactive features are not available.
Limitations and alternatives
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of this website, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed.
- The decorative constellation graphic on the home page is marked
aria-hiddenand is hidden on narrow viewports. It carries no information. - Some peer-reviewed publications linked from the Lab page are PDFs hosted by third-party publishers that may not meet PDF/UA. Where a publisher provides an accessible HTML version, that version is linked.
- The contact modal requires JavaScript. Users without JavaScript should reach us through the feedback channel described below.
